Choithrams The Halloween Haul offers this week

The Choithrams weekly catalogue

Choithrams is one of the oldest supermarket names in the UAE and a long-time favourite of shoppers looking for international brands — British, American, European and Asian products sit next to local staples on its shelves. Its catalogue reflects that profile: breakfast cereals, imported dairy and cheese, baking ingredients, health food, snacks and household brands that are harder to find elsewhere, plus fresh produce and bakery. Promotions are a good opportunity to buy imported favourites at a fairer price. Browse the catalogue valid now on this page, check where it applies and see next week's issue in advance.

Comparing catalogues before the weekly shop has become a reflex in the UAE, where the same basket can cost noticeably more or less depending on the store and the week. The the catalogue lets you see at a glance which fresh products, pantry staples and household essentials are discounted, so you can build your shopping list around real savings rather than impulse buys.

Choithrams offers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

When you look up Choithrams offers, two questions matter most: what dropped in price this week, and whether the offer covers the branch near you. Most of those searches come from Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, which is why the emirates and areas covered by each issue are listed on this page. You may also see the store written as Choithram — it is the same retailer, and the search bar recognises every spelling.

Short weekend offers are common too; their dates are printed on each page, next to the rest of the week's deals. The store is also known for mid-week promotions such as its Tuesday offers, which run alongside the main catalogue. To see everything at once, open the offers valid today at the top of this page, then switch to the next-week tab for what is coming.

When do the new weekly offers come out?

Choithrams catalogues usually run for about a week, although some promotions last only three or four days and seasonal campaigns can stretch over several weeks. Rather than guessing, rely on the validity dates shown at the top of this page: they come from the catalogue itself. New issues replace old ones automatically, and expired catalogues are shown in black and white so you never confuse old prices with current ones.

The most popular products in Choithrams offers

Fresh food leads the searches in every UAE hypermarket catalogue. Shoppers look first for chicken — whole, breasts or frozen packs — then lamb and beef from different origins, fresh fish and prawns, and seasonal fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bananas, mangoes and citrus. Dairy, laban, labneh, cheese, eggs and Arabic bread complete the daily basket.

On the dry side, the products that weigh most on the bill are rice in 5 kg and 10 kg bags, flour and atta, cooking oil, sugar, tea and coffee, pasta, canned food, dates and breakfast cereals. Household essentials — laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, tissues, nappies and toiletries — round out the list and are often where the biggest catalogue discounts hide.

Which emirates and branches are covered?

This week's Choithrams catalogue is valid in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Dubai, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. Many UAE retailers publish different leaflets for different emirates or even for individual branches, which is why we list the cities and areas provided with each issue. Open the page of your emirate to see every catalogue valid near you, or go straight to your area to keep only the offers of the branches you actually visit.

The big promotion seasons in the UAE

Seasons shape every hypermarket catalogue in the Emirates. Ramadan is the biggest grocery period of the year, with long campaigns on staples and iftar favourites; Eid brings meat, sweets and gift boxes; summer adds water, juices and travel items; the school season fills the pages with snacks and lunch-box products; and National Day, the Dubai Shopping Festival and year-end sales add extra rounds of discounts. Watching the next-week tab is the easiest way to see these campaigns coming.

Compare Choithrams with other hypermarkets & supermarkets in the UAE

Choithrams is not the only option in its category: Carrefour, LuLu Hypermarket, Nesto and Al Safeer Hypermarket also publish regular catalogues that are worth a look. Because promotions rotate, one store may be cheapest on the products you need this week while another leads the following week. Our store pages and city pages make it easy to compare them side by side before deciding where to shop.

How this page works

Everything on this page follows the dates of the catalogue itself: the current issue is shown in colour, upcoming issues are labelled as sneak peeks and expired ones switch to black and white with a clear stamp. When several Choithrams catalogues run at the same time — a weekly issue plus a special edition, for example — they are all listed in the blocks above, each with its own dates and branches.
