Privacy policy

In force since 22 October 2026. Short version: we do not ask who you are, and you can browse every catalogue without giving us any personal information.

1. Who we are

UAE Catalogues is an independent website that gathers catalogues of retailers in the United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your data, you can write to contact@uaecatalogues.com.

2. What we do not collect

The Site has no account, no registration form, no newsletter and no comments. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, Emirates ID or payment details, and we do not sell any information about our visitors.

3. Technical data

Like every website, our servers automatically record technical information needed to deliver the pages and protect the service: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. These logs are kept for a limited period and are used only for security, troubleshooting and anonymous statistics.

Searches typed in the search bar are processed to display results; they are not linked to your identity.

4. Cookies and advertising

The Site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, measure their performance and, where permitted, personalise them based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised advertising in your Google ad settings and control or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested. The Site can be installed on your phone as an application; this function stores no personal data.

5. Legal basis and your rights

We process the limited technical data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service, in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, where relevant, with international rules applying to visitors from other countries.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data concerning you, or to object to its processing. Since we do not hold accounts or profiles, these requests mainly concern technical logs; write to contact@uaecatalogues.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.

6. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy, for example if we add a new feature. The version published on this page always applies, and its effective date is shown at the top.
