1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website UAE Catalogues (the "Site") and all of its pages, in English and in Arabic, including store pages, city and area pages, catalogues, archives and editorial content. If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page always applies, and its effective date is shown above.

2. What the Site is — and what it is not

The Site is a free service for browsing catalogues. It lets you consult, in one place, the catalogues of retailers operating in the United Arab Emirates, their previews for the following week, their special editions and recent archives clearly marked as expired, sorted by store, emirate and area.

The Site is not a shop: we sell no products, process no orders, collect no payments and take no part in any transaction between you and a retailer. Any purchase is made directly with the retailer concerned, under its own terms.

3. Independence and ownership of content

The Site is operated independently. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the retailers whose catalogues appear on our pages. Store names, logos, trademarks, catalogue images, prices and promotions remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are reproduced for information only, to help consumers compare the week's offers.

The Site's original editorial content — store presentations, saving tips, FAQs, city and area guides, deal summaries — belongs to us. You may quote it briefly with a link to the original page, but you may not copy it in bulk to another website.

4. Accuracy of catalogues, prices and locations

We update the Site carefully every week, but the information shown depends on documents produced by third parties. A price may have been corrected, an offer may be limited to certain emirates, areas or branches, a promotion may end earlier than planned or be available in limited quantities. The lists of cities and areas are those provided with each catalogue and may be incomplete. We therefore do not guarantee that every detail shown is accurate, complete or still valid when you read it.

The golden rule: if what you see here differs from what the retailer publishes on its official website, in its app or in store, the retailer's information always prevails.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UAE Catalogues and the people who operate it shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Site — including, without limitation, a trip made for an offer that has expired, changed, sold out or is not available in your branch, or a temporary interruption of the service.

6. Acceptable use

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. In particular, you may not:

• copy, scrape or extract the content of the Site on a large scale by automated means in order to republish it or build a competing service;
• deliberately overload our servers, bypass our technical measures or disrupt the operation of the Site in any way;
• display the Site, in whole or in part, inside a frame suggesting an affiliation with another service;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.

7. Advertising and external links

The Site may display advertising, including ads served by third parties such as Google, to cover its running costs. Links to retailers' websites or other external sites are provided for convenience; we have no control over their content, offers or privacy practices.

8. Rights holders

If you are a retailer or rights holder and wish a catalogue, image or mention to be corrected or removed, contact us at contact@uaecatalogues.com. We handle such requests promptly.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
