How our deals work

UAE Catalogues is best known for the weekly catalogues of UAE supermarkets and electronics stores. The Amazon.ae deals section adds the online side of the picture: products whose current price on Amazon.ae is clearly below their own recent average price.

How a deal is selected

• We compare the current price with the average price the product actually sold for over recent weeks — not with a list price or a "was" price set by the seller.
• Only products with a meaningful gap make the list. The discount shown on each card is that gap, rounded to the nearest percent.
• The deal rating (Fair, Good, Great, Hot, Exceptional) combines the percentage and the amount saved in AED, so a 40% cut on an expensive item can rank above a 60% cut on a cheap one.
• Deals are grouped by category and refreshed regularly. Each page shows the date prices were checked.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) as they were when checked, on the date displayed on each page. Prices and availability on Amazon.ae change often, sometimes several times a day: the price shown on Amazon.ae when you place your order is the only one that applies.

Product pictures are displayed from Amazon's servers and product names are those published on Amazon.ae. Brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
